Job Qualifications: |
-Active CPA (Certified Public Accountant) state license required (Wyoming)
-Bachelors degree in Accounting or related degree
-5+ years previous experience in public/private accounting
-Corporate and personal tax experience preferred
Job Responsibilities: |
-Conduct tax interviews with clients
-Request, collect, and compile all necessary documents
-Review corporate and personal income tax returns
-Advise business owners and individuals regarding the tax code
-Process state and federal payroll taxes
-Reconcile bank and other financial statements
-Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations at all times
-Maintain constant communication with the IRS, State Agencies, and our clients
-Keep highly organized and updated client files
-Be exceptional in Microsoft Office and databases
-Be familiar with QuickBooks and financial statements
-Have outstanding communication skills
-Be able to thrive in a deadline-driven environment
