Job Responsibilities:
Administer and evaluate all phases of the Occupational Health Program.
Provide immediate and preventative care for employees and contractors.
Conduct nursing evaluations, pulmonary function testing, respirator fit testing, and audiograms.
Manage health surveillance programs in compliance with OSHA regulations.
Coordinate with management on employee health issues and work restrictions.
Lead wellness programs and health screenings to enhance employee wellbeing.
Assist in emergency response planning and training for First Aid, CPR, and Infection Control.
Oversee drug and alcohol testing and annual physicals for employees and contractors.
Maintain and manage medical records and equipment inspections.
Shift: Monday – Wednesday (8 hours/day). On Monday, start time is 6 a.m. for physicals. On Tuesday and Wednesday, start time can be 7:30 or 8 a.m.
Job Qualifications:
Registered Nurse with Occupational Health Certification or 10+ years of relevant experience.
Specimen Collector Certification, ACLS Certification, Audio Testing Certification with CAOHC, and NIOSH qualification in Pulmonary Function Testing.
Strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills.
Physical ability to exert up to 40 lbs of force occasionally and perform job-specific physical tasks.
